ARTICLE .IX, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM M 1 VAL
CODE RE TING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONE$ IN'
THE CIT OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN REGULATING THE
USE OF ND, . HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AND YARD
SPA CES ; ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE BOUNDARIES
OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS USED TEEXREIN;-
PROVIDI4G FOR ADJUSTMENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCE--
MENT; P4ESORIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND
REPEAL I ALL SECTIORS OR PARTS OF SECTIONS IN
CONFLIC THEREWITH
WIMREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore dul pass and adopt a resolution declaring its in.
tention to change he boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and desc ibed and did fix a time and place for the hold—
ing of public hear ngs thereon in the manner and as prescribed in
Article IE, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did duly
hold and conduct t*o public hearings to consider such proposed
o'hange of zone or 0ones and did, receive- evidence and r-eports from
persons interested !therein and did recommend a change or changes of
sones as set forth !in Resolution No. 20 of the City Planning.

ewe is hereby amen�ed by the addition of a new section thereto
which shall be know as Section 9200.203, reading as follows:
SECTION 9200.20 LAND, Use of R -A RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL
Zone land when subdivided,
All land which is now or hereafter zoned as R -A Residential -
Agricultural, which heretofore has been or is hereafter
subdivided f0 single family residential use by the filing
of a subdivision map with, and the approval by, the City
Council of tho City of Anaheim, shall automatically become
R--1, Single F*wily Residential. Zone without further pro-
ceedings, andsectional maps shall be prepared by the City
Engineer, approved by the City Council, and added to the
Anaheim Muni c pal Code Showing such changes,
§MTION 2.
That the Cit* Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
f general eirculat$on printed, published and circulated in said
ity, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall
