"ANAH M MUNICIPAL CODE" OF THE CITY OF
ANAHE
THE C I�Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECT? O�T 1: That Section 2401 of Article Ii. Chapter 4
of the Anaheim Munkcipal Code of the City of Anaheim be, and the
same hereby is, amended to read as follows:

Members o f j the Commission may be persons who hold
an office r a position with the City, provided,
however, t t the number of the members of the
Commission; who are not officials of the City shall
exceed thenumber of members who may be officers
or employe0s of the City.
SECTION 2: That Subdivision G of Section 2402 of
' Article
II,
Chapter
4 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
of the City of
Anaheim
be,
-and the
same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
The member' of the Planning Commission shall be
appointed for a period of 4 years, the terms of
two members expiring each year. If a vacancy
shall occut otherwise then by the expiration
of term, it shall be filled by appointment for
the unexpi*ed portion of the term.
SFC TIG# 3: The City Clerk shall certify to ' the passage
and adoption of this Ordinance and. shall cause the same to be
published once within fifteen (15) days from and after the time of
passage in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation
printed, published :and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and
thirty (30) days ftorr and after its final passage it shall be in
full force and eff$et, and when said amendments shall become
effective, the Clerk is authorized and directed to have copies
thereof printed and inserted in the Anaheim Municipal Code.
