HIBITING SELF-SERVICE AT
GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS,
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR

, OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS '
FOLLOWS:
I' SECTION 1: No person, firm or cor-
poration other than the holder of a
I permit or license issued by the Cit}'
of Anaheim or its dUly authorized
I officer, or the lessee. emplo}'ee or oth-
er legal agent of SUCh permit or li-
cense holder, shall dispense any flam- 1
I mable liqUids or gasoline as defined i
in Ordinance No. 642 of the City Of!
i Anaheim into the fuel tanks of any I
motor vehicle at any service station. I
SECTION 2: Any person, firm or i
corporation Violating any of the pro- I
visions of this Ordinance shall be i
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and!
shall be punished by a fine of not'
more than $300.00 or b)' imprisonment
in the County Jail for not more than
three months or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
SECTION 3: All OJ'dinances or parts
of Ordinances in conftict with the pro-
visions of this Ordinance are hereb,r
repealed. .
