AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 98-99-09).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held on
February 1, 1999, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.085
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did adopt
its Resolution No. PC99-19 determining that a change or changes in
the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made, unconditionally.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
A PORTION OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 12,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST IN THE RANCHO LOS
COYOTES, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 11
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 12,
BEING THE CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND
MAGNOLIA AVENUE; THENCE N 00 13' 47" W, 165.00 FEET ALONG
THE CENTERLINE OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE; THENCE S 89° 40' 38"
W, 53.00 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S 00
13' 47" E, 99.98 FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT CURVE
CONCAVE NORTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.00 FEET;
THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE SOUTHERLY SOUTHWESTERLY AND
WESTERLY THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 890 54' 30" AN ARC
DISTANCE OF 39.23 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-
OF-WAY LINE OF LINCOLN AVENUE; THENCE S 890 40' 43" W,
97.04 FEET; THENCE N 00 13' 47" W, 125.00 FEET; THENCE N
890 40' 38" E, 122.00 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF

into the CL (Commercial, Limited) ZONE of the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of May
1999.
