AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM 14UNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion lying within Block "H" of The New
Subdivision of Vineyard Lot -D52 as shown on a map
recorded in Book 17, page 72 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said
Block "H", that is distant along said Northerly line
North ?5° 27' 36" East, 56.47 feet from the North-
westerly corner of said Block "H"; thence along said
Northerly line North 750 27' 36" East, 276.44 feet
to the Northeasterly corner of said Block "H"; thence
along the Easterly line of said Block "H" South 140
27' 35" East, 288.57 feet to a point on a nontangent
curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
941.00 feet, at which point a radial line of said
curve bears South 300 58' 47" East, said curve is
concentric with and 59.00 feet Northwesterly of that
certain course in the centerline of that certain
strip of land 110.00 feet wide for the realignment
of Lincoln Avenue, said certain course being a curve
concave Northwesterly having a radius of 1000.00
feet and a central angle of 250 40' 52"; thence
Southwesterly along said curve having a radius of

distance of 1.81 feet; thence South 590 07' 50" West,
53.23 feet to a curve concave Northwesterly having a
radius of 588.82 feet; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 80 35' 40" a
distance of 88.32 feet to a compound curve concave to
the Northwest having a radius of 945.00 feet, said
compound curve is concentric with and 55.00 feet
Northwesterly of the aforementioned certain course
having a radius of 1000.00 feet and a central angle
of 250 40' 52"; thence Southwesterly along said
compound curve through a central angle of 70 441 2611
a distance of 127.67 feet to a compound curve concave
to the Northeast having a radius of 26.00 feet; thence
Westerly along last said compound curve through a
central angle of 900 061 20" a distance of 40.89 feet;
thence North 140 251 44" West, 289.02 feet to a curve
concave to the Southeast having a radius of 16.00
feet, said curve is also tangent to the aforementioned
Northerly line of said Block "H11; thence Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 531 2011
a distance of 25.10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
now is "CG" COMMERCIAL, GENERAL ZONE, "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED
ZONE, AND "PD -C" PARKING DISTRICT -COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in 11CO11 COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND
PROFESSIONAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the
Director of Public Works.
2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4; provided,
however, that any modification to the plans shall be submitted
to the Planning Commission for their approval prior to issuance
of a building permit.
3. That all roof -mounted equipment shall be fully
view -screened and sound -buffered from adjacent properties.
4. That the uses indicated on Exhibit No. 1 (corporate
offices and general offices) shall not be modified in such a way
as to increase the required parking beyond the number of spaces
provided.
5. That Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above-mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning
inspections.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map -showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15thday of January, 1980.
