3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed <br />along the south property line and also on the R-1 zoned properties <br />on the west side of the alley directly opposite the subject -parcels <br />if the R-1 homeowners consent.to the construction of said wall. If <br />the R-1 homeowners do not consent.to the wall being located on their <br />property, the owners .of subject property shall be absolved of the <br />responsibility for constructing such a wall. <br />4. That all.air conditioning facilities shall be <br />properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent <br />properties. <br />5. That any parking area.lighting proposed shall be <br />down -lighting of a maximum height of 6 feet, which lighting ,shall. <br />be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential <br />integrity of the area. . <br />6. That the existing structures shall be brought up to <br />the minimum standards -of the City of Anaheim; including the Uniform <br />Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and Fire Codes <br />as adopted by the City of Anaheim. <br />7. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the <br />Development Services Department, and any landscaped areas in the <br />parking area shall be protected with 6 -inch high.concrete-curbs, <br />and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces as <br />required. <br />8. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, above- <br />mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning <br />inspections. <br />SECTION 2. <br />The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, <br />amended and.the property above-described shall be excluded from <br />the -zone in which it is.now situated and incorporated.in.and made <br />a part of the zone .or.zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning <br />Map, as amended,. is...hereby .adopted and the City. Engineer is. hereby <br />directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City <br />Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 3. <br />The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be.printed once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption -in the Anaheim Bulletin, <br />a'newspaper of -general circulation, printed, published -and <br />circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after <br />its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. <br />-2- <br />
