ORDINANCE NO. 4112 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- <br />ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO ZONING. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council <br />68R-220 determining that <br />zone or zones hereinafter mentioned <br />as hereinafter set forth after duly <br />of the report and recommendation of <br />and <br />did adopt its Resolution No. <br />a change or changes in the <br />and described should be made <br />noticed hearings and receipt <br />the City Planning Commission; <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions <br />and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- <br />ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have <br />been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating <br />to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the <br />boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting <br />a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as <br />follows: <br />That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to <br />wit: <br />All that portion of the Rancho San Juan Cajon de <br />Santa Ana being a portion of Lot One of Anaheim <br />Extension, as said Lot One is shown on Map Survey <br />made by William Hamel and acknowledged by Alfred <br />Robinson, Trustee, on file in the office of the <br />County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot One, <br />said corner being on the South line of La Palma Ave- <br />nue, 60.00 feet in width as shown on said survey: <br />thence Westerly 490.92 feet along the Northerly line <br />of said Lot to the Northwest corner of the land de- <br />scribed in the Deed to Roy C. Copeland and wife, <br />recorded November 13, 1946 in Book 1459, page 460, <br />Official Records of said Orange County, said North- <br />west corner of Copeland being the True Point of <br />Beginning: thence Southerly along the West line of <br />-1- <br />ATTY--50 <br />67-68-(4) <br />
