ORDINANCE NO. 4114
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 142 CHAPTER 14.329 SECTION
14.32.158 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING THERETO SUBSECTIONS .010, .0209 .030
AND .040 RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.329 Section 14.32.158 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
adding thereto Subsections .0109 .0209 .030 and .040 to read as
follows:
"14.32.158 PARKING RESTRICTED -- MIDNIGHT TO
SIX A.M. -- STREETS DESIGNATED
It is unlawful between the hours of
midnight and six a.m. of any day to park or leave
parked any vehicle upon any of the following designa-
ted portions of City streets and the Traffic Engineer
is authorized and directed to post and maintain along
said portions of City streets appropriate signs des-
ignating said parking restrictions.
.010 Chestnut Place;
.020 Cypress Street, on the north side, from
Bush Street to the Santa Fe Railroad
Right of Way and, on the south side,
from East Street to the Santa Fe Rail-
road Right of Way;
.030 Rose Street, on both sides, from Cypress
Street to Lincoln Avenue;
.040 Vine Street, on both sides, from Cypress
Street to Lincoln Avenue."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of April, 1980.
