AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4053, NUNC PRO
TUNC, RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4053 was adopted by the City
Council on October 2, 1979; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
the legal description of the property therein was incorrectly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the legal description as set forth in Section 1
of said Ordinance No. 4053 be, and the same is hereby, amended
nunc pro tunc to read as follows:
Parcels 1 and 2 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 121,
page 47 of Parcel Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
SECTION 2.
In all other respects, Ordinance No. 4053 shall
remain in full force and effect.

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of October,

1980, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on the 7th day of October, 1980, by the following

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Roth
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
Ordinance No. 4167 on the 7th day of October, 1980.
