4169ORDINANCE NO. 4169 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions -precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: THAT PORTION OF DREYFUS AND OTHER LANDS, AS SHOWN ON A MAP OF SURVEY MADE BY WILLIAM HAMEL AND FILED FOR RECORD IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, A COPY OF WHICH IS FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY ON PAGE 163, AND FOLLOWING, BOOR 3, ENTITLED "LOS ANGELES COUNTY RECORDS", DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTHEASTERLY 261.46 FEET OF THE NORTHWESTERLY 591.46 FEET MEASURED ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF EAST STREET OF THE NORTHEASTERLY 181.50 FEET MEASURED PARALLEL WITH THE CENTER LINE OF SOUTH STREET. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTHWESTERLY 100 FEET OF SAID SOUTHEASTERLY 261.46 FEET, now is "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following conditions: -1- ATTY-28 79-80-35 1. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 2. That the existing structure shall be brought up to the N minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay the traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount as deter- mined by the City Council for industrial buildings prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. That the proposed contractors storage yard shall comply with all signing requirements of the ML (Industrial, Limited) zoning. 5. That all outdoor storage areas be completely paved with asphalt to a minimum depth of three (3) inches. 6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1, including a six (6) foot high block wall along the north property line (RM -1200 Zoning) and provided that the six (6) foot high chainlink fence with redwood slatting may be constructed only ten (10) feet from East Street around the parking area southerly of the house, and must not be constructed closer than forty-one (41) feet to East Street in front (east) of the residential structure or to the north of said structure. 7. That Conditions No. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, above mentioned shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspec- tions or within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of ap- proval of this reclassification. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of October, 1980.
