4173ORDINANCE NO. 4173 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 73R-135 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lot 50 of Tract No. 1691, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 52, pages 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. now is "RS -7200" RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "CO" COMMERCIAL, OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements of the CO Zone, except as waived under variance application. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in `-' accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public works. 72-73-34(1) ATT V-50 3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent properties. 4. That any parking area lighting shall be installed in such a manner as to be directed away from any abutting parcels. 5. That subject property shall be served by under- ground utilities. 6. That a cul-de-sac shall be provided at the terminus of Hermosa Drive subject to the approval of the City Engineer. 7. That final parking plans shall be approved by the Planning Department and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with a six-inch high concrete curb, and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces. 8. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer. 9. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
