4185ORDINANCE NO. 4185
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
SECTION 14.32.260 OF TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32
AND AMENDING SUBSECTION .590 OF TITLE 14,
CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 14.32.260 of Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 Sub-
section .590 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby, amended to read as follows:
1114.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -- STREETS DESIGNATED
.590 Harbor Boulevard, on the east side, from
the North City Limits to Sycamore Street,
from Cypress Street to Broadway and from
Vermont Avenue to Orangewood Avenue; on
the west side, from the North City Limits
to Broadway and from 250 feet north of
Hampshire Avenue to Orangewood Avenue."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of November,
1980.
