ORDINANCE NO. 4192
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SECTION 1.04.560 OF CHAPTER 1.04 OF TITLE 1
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTKENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Section 1.04.560 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and it is hereby, amended in its
entirety to provide as follows:
"1.04.560 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The Community Development Department
shall be under the supervision of the Community Develop-
ment Executive Director, which office is hereby created.
The Community Development Executive Director shall have
direct responsibility for the administration and technical
operations of the Community Development Department, the
implemention of community redevelopment projects, and the
acquisition, maintenance, demolition and repair of City -
owned properties purchased with Community Development
Block Grant Funds."
SECTION 2.
SEVERABILITY.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chap-
ter of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason to be
invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have passed
all other portions of this chapter independent of the elimination
herefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim signed said
