4196ORDINANCE NO. 4196
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTION 1.13.0110 OF CHAPTER
1.13, TITLE 1, OF THE ANAHEIN MUNI-
CIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE POLICE
RESERVE CORPS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEITi DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That Section 1.13.040 of Chapter 1.13, 'Title 1, of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
111.13.040 MINIMUM ASSIGNMENTS AND EXPENSES.
Each member of the Corps shall serve as
such for at least sixteen hours each calendar
month. Corps members will not receive salary,
wages or compensation for services rendered;
however, at the discretion of the Chief,
reimbursement can be made for expenses incurred
in the line of duty. Reserve Officers shall be
reimbursed for court appearances at the A step
Police Officer's hourly salary rate."
Section 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
December, 1980.
