4216ORDINANCE NO. 4216 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MT114ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should he made as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIPI DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That certain land situated in the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of the Third Class Land allotted F. Yorba in the decree of partition rendered February 3, 1874, by the District Court of the Seventeenth Judicial District, Case No. 1978, said point being 30 feet West of the Northwest corner of Block B of Yorba as per map thereof recorded in Book 31, Pages 59 and 60, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; running thence South 82° 16' 20" East along the Northerly line of said Block B, 718.19 feet; thence South 3° 41' 57" West 368.05 feet to the true point of beginning of the boundary of the property herein described; thence South 30 41' 57" West 697.90 feet; thence North 820 16' 20" West 636.98 feet to the Westerly line of that -1- ATTY-50 70-71-47(26) certain parcel of land conveyed to Charles 0. Goodwin by deed recorded in Book 346, Page 29, Deeds; thence North 0° 36' 50" West along said Westerly line 703.75 feet to a point 371.08 feet South 0° 36' 50" East from the true point of beginning; thence South 82° 16' 20" East 690.15 _. feet to the true point of beginning, now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilites, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand- ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed. 3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 4. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 5. That these reclassification proceedings are granted sub- ject to the completion of annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheim. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. -2- THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of March, 1981.
