AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
CHPATER 13.04, SECTION 13.04.010 OF THE
Ai`vAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARK AND
... RECREATION COI111,IISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Chapter 13.04, Section 13.04.010, Paragraph 1,
of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"13.04.010 PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION CREATED --
MEMBERSHIP -- TERM'•'! OF OFFICE
There is hereby created a Park and Recreation
Commission consisting of seven (7) members
pursuant to Section 907 of the Charter of the
City of Anaheim and Sections 16656, 16657 and
16658 of the California Education Code. The
Park and Recreation Commission members shall
be appointed as follows:"
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
