AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by amending Paragraph 73 thereof to read as follows
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -
STREETS DESIGNATED.
"173. Harbor Boulevard, on the east side, from Katella
Avenue to 650 feet south of Katella Avenue; and
on the east side, from two hundred twenty feet
north of Palm Street To Vermont Avenue; from one
hundred eighty feet south of Elm Street to one
hundred thirty feet south of Elm Street; from
Chestnut Street to Cypress Street, from Sycamore
Street to Anaheim Boulevard; and on the west
side, from four hundred feet north of Ball Road
to six hundred feet north of Ball Road; from
four hundred thirty feet south of Vermont Avenue
to two hundred fifty feet north of the west
extension of, Hampshire Avenue; from one hundred
ninety feet south of Chestnut Street to one
hundred thirty feet north of Chestnut Street and
from two hundred fifty feet north of Lincoln
Avenue to Anaheim Boulevard."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of January , 1970.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 13th day

AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Pebley and Clark
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2764 on the 13th day of January,
1970.
