AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI 1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEI ' Z11UNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THIS CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Trunicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit. -
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 29 and
runninca thence North 89° 55' 50`� East 769.41 feet to
the Southwest corner of the land conveyed to the State
of California by deed filed December 21, 1953, as Docu-
ment No. 28388 in the Office of the Registrar of Titles
of said Orange County; thence worth 0° 37' 20`° West,
along the Westerly line of said land, 166.71 feet to the
Northeast corner of the land described in the Deed to
the State of California recorded November 18, 1955, in
Book 3286, Page 547 of Official Records of said Orange
County, said point being the true point of beginning
of the boundary of the land herein described; thence
along tqe northerly boundary of said last mentioned
land South 770 44' 46" West 127.20 feet and North 75°
48' 25" West 24.65 feet to the Easterly boundary of the
land described in the Deed to the State of California
recorded April 5, 1955, in Book 3019, Page 444, of said
Official Records; thence North 140 11' 35" Last, along
said .Easterly line and the .Easterly boundary of the land
described in the Deed to the State of California recorded
April 8, 1955, in Book 3024, Page 146, of said Official
Records, 260.10 feet; thence continuing along said
boundary North 490 15' 50" East 59.55 feet to the South-
westerly boundary of the land described in the Deed to
the State of California filed October 16, 1950, as Docu-
ment leo. 21512 in said Office of the Registrar of Titles;

thence along said boundary South 400 49' 41" Last 59.066
feet and north 740 29' 56" Last 14.23 feet to an angle
point in the Lasterly line of the land described in the
Deed to frank M. Doyle and others recorded January 31,
1955 in Book 2941, Page 257, of said Official Recordsi
thence South 150 40' 04" Last, along said Lasterly line
40.00 feet to an angle point in the lvortherly line of
the land described in the Deed to David S. Collins and
Wife recorded P%iay 10, 1963, in Nook 6544, Page 127, of
said Official Records; thence along the boundary of said
last mentioned land the following courses and distances;
North 740 29' 56" East 48.83 feet; thence South 400 49'
41" East 218.38 feet to a point in a curve concave South-
erly having a radius of 2000.00 feet, a radial through
said point bears North 080 00' 38" West; thence Westerly
along said curve, through a central angle of 060 15' 07",
an arc distance of 218.23 feet; tlience North 00 34' 14"
West 4.11 feet to the true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMviERCIZL-RECREATION ZONE:, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer, and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the
time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaizeim the sum of 15� per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural con-
formance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Miap as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Lap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Z-uzaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City` and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
