AiN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 2, CkAPTER 2.10, SECTION 2.10.050 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY
TRANSFER TAX.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 2, Chapter 2.1.0, Section 2.10.050 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 2.10.050 TRANSFER TAX - GOVERNMENTAL
EXCEPTION
"Any deed, instrument or writing to which the United
States or any agency or instrumentality thereof, any
state or territory, or political subdivision thereof,
is a party shall be exempt from the tax imposed
pursuant to this Article when the exempt agency is
acquiring title."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of December , 1969.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2755 on the 9th day of December,
1969.
