2753ORDINANCE NO. 2753 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AIlEIM A4END- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 69R-370 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PORTION A The East half of the Southeast quarter of the South- west quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian EXCEPTING therefrom the North 665 feet. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 203 feet of the Easterly 265 feet. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described in the Deed to the County of Orange, recorded -March 23, 1967 in Book 8206, page 203 of Official Records in the Office of the Recorder of said Orange County. PORTION B & PORTION C All that real property located in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: 68-69-97 -1- The Southerly 203 feet of the Easterly 265 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described in the Deed to the County of Orange, recorded March 23, 1967, in Book 8206, page 203 of Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of said Orange County. now is ORANGE COUNTY A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT and that it be changed to and incorporated in the following zones: That PORTION A hereinbefore described be changed to and incorporated in CITY R-32 MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; and That PORTIONS B and C hereinbefore described be changed to and incorporated in CITY C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of subject property be submitted to the City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accor- dance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the north and west property lines of both the R-3 and C-1 parcels. 5. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential homes. 6. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. 7. That Conditions Nos. 1, 21 31 4, and 5 above-mentioned shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. -2- SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
