ING TITLE 18, CHAPTERS 18.40 , 18.44 A'L'vD
18.64 OF THE AIvA%-IEIl MLFZ41CIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA EIi'd DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby amended by deleting Subparagraph 12 of
Paragraph .(c) from Chapter 18.40, Section 18.40.020, and by
deleting Paragraph (15) from Chapter 18.44, Section 18.44.010.
SECTION 2.
That Title 18; Chapter 18.40, Section 18.40.060 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is herebv amended
by adding thereto Paragraph (i)`, reading as followse
'SECTION 18.40.060 CONDITIONAL USES
"(i). Theatres, exhibition halls and auditoriums."
SECTION 3.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.64, Section 18.64.020,
Paragraph (3) (j) of the Anaheim %uni.cipal Code be, and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto Subparagraph 8,
reading as follows -
"SECTION 18.64.020 USE.
"8. Theatres, exhibition halls and auditoriums."
SECTIO!' 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation; printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days f_ro?p. and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2751 on the 25th day of November,
1969.
