2910ORDINANCE NO., 2910 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHLIM DOES FI14D THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 71R-54 determining that a change or cFianges in a zone or zones-Tereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim, said point being the southeast corner of the Santa Ana Canyon No. I Annexation to the City of Anaheim, passed January 30, 1968, by Ordinance No. 2471, filed with the Secretary of State February 29, 1968, and recorded March 4, 1968, Official Records of Orange County, California; thence leaving the said City Limit line of the City of Anaheim S 301 34' 19�' E, 180.31 feet to an angle point in the northerly line of the land described in the deed to the City of Anaheim recorded October 30, 1970, in Book 9448, pages 533 and 534, Offi- cial Records of Orange County, California; thence leaving the boundary of the land described in the deed to the City recorded October 30, 1970, in Book 9448, pages 533 and 534, Official Records of Orange County, California, and follow- ing along a portion of the westerly right of way line of said service road the following courses and distances: Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 70 469 34�' an arc distance of 77.36 feet; thence N 480 30' 00" W, 95.01 feet tangent to the last mentioned curve, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 2,030 feet; thence Northwesterly along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of 80 20' 19" an arc distance of 295.44 feet to a point, a -2- radial line bearing S 49° 50' 19" W passes through said point; thence S 490 50' 19" W, 35 feet to a point in a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 2,065 feet, a radial line bearing S 490 50' 19" W passes through said point; thence Northwesterly along the last mentioned curve through a central angle of 12° 51' 56" an arc distance of 463.69 feet to a point in the existing City Limit line of the. City of Anaheim, said point being the southeast corner of the Lincoln -Walnut Annexation passed June 28, 1968, by Ordinance No. 2533 and filed with the Secretary of State July 29, 1968, and recorded July 31, 1968, a radial line bearing S 620 42' 15'' W passes through said point; thence Northwesterly continuing along a portion of the westerly right of way line of said service road, also being a portion of the easterly line of the last mentioned Anaheim City Limit Line, through a central angle of 17° 14' 55`, an arc distance of 621.66 feet to the northeast corner of said Lincoln --Walnut Annexation, said northeast corner being a point in the existing City Limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the Santa Ana Canyon Annexation No. I to the. City of Anaheim passed January 30, 1968, by Ordinance 2471, filed with the Secretary of State February 29, 1968, and recorded March 4, 1968, Official Records of Orange County, California, said point and north- east corner being the intersection of the westerly line of said service road with the easterly prolongation of the southerly line of Parcel One described in the deed recorded December 22, 1961, in Book 5954, page 990, Official Records of Orange County, California, a radial line bearing S 79° 57' 10" W passes through said point of intersection; thence leaving the City Limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by the aforementioned Lincoln --Walnut Annexation and following along a portion of the existing City Limit line, as established in said Santa Ana Canyon Annexation No. I the following courses and distances: S 86° 30' 00" E, 813.89 feet; S 800 42' 00" E, 310.27 feet; N 90 18' 00`' E, 100.10 feet; S 800 42' 00,E E, 99.90 feet; S 90 18' 00" W, 100.10 feet; S 800 42' 00" E, 100 feet to the point of beginning. now is County A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, unconditionally. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3.
