AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUI4ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AI4AIlLIM DOES FIIJD
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70RO determining that a change
or cHanges in the zone or zones --Hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book
51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the easterly line of the north-
east quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 14,
distant thereon south 0° 16' 02" east 674.59 feet from the
northeast corner thereof, and running thence south 89° 38' 04"
west 45.00 feet; thence south 00 16' 02" east, parallel
with said easterly line 90.00 feet to the true point of
beginning of the boundary of the land herein described;
thence continuing south 01 16' 02" east 81.33 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave northwesterly, having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said
curve, through a central angle of 890 53' 59", an arc dis-
tance of 23.53 feet to a line tangent; thence south 890 37'

west along said tangent line 84.58 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve,,concave northeasterly, having a
-� radius of 368 feet; thence northwesterly along said
curve, through a central angle of 11° 28' 42", an arc
distance of 73.72 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve,
concave southwesterly, having a radius of 432.00 feet;
thence westerly along said reverse curve, through a central
angle of 9° 91' 55", an arc distance of 68.10 feet, a
radial line at the end of said reverse curve bears south 20
04' 44" west; thence north 00 22' 03" west, 80.70 feet;
thence north 891 38' 04" east 240.48 feet to the true point
of beginning.
now is the R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in the R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to
the following condition;
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation
in -lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the
City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning reap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of February N_, 19 71 .
