AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AIJAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AIlLIM DOES FIIJD
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-318 determining that a change
or c anges in a zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot 17 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, in the County
of Orange, State of California, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 5 pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
now is County of Orange M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that
it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim M-1,
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That dedication shall be made to the City of
Anaheim on all streets within the area, accord-
ing to the Circulation Element of the General
Plan - Highway Rights -of -Way, prior to the adopt-
ion of ordinance rezoning the property.
2. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim at the time the property is developed,
including preparation of improvement plans and
installation of all improvements, such as curbs
-1- 69-70-55(2)
and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
�- shall be complied with as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.
3. That the owner of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area, as
required by the Director of Public Utilities and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the office of the Director of Public
Utilities, at the time the property is developed.
4. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Develop-
ment Review Committee of the Development Services
Department, on the basis of compatibility of develop-
ment, both structurally and architecturally.
5. That Conditions Nos. 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of December , 19 70 .
