2888ORDINANCE NO., 2888 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FI14D THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-310 determining that a change or c anges in the -z or zonesereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: The East 75 feet of the following: That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheim, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Northeast quarter of Section 27, distant North 890 54' 30" East 740.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter thence North 890 54' 30" East 150.00 feet; thence South 10 21' 00" East 265.06 feet parallel with the center line of Harbor Boulevard, as shown on a map filed in book 43, page 33 of Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County to a line parallel with and distant Southerly 265.00 feet, measured at right angles to said North line of the Northeast quarter; thence South 890 54' 30" West 150.00 feet along said parallel line, thence North 10 21' 00" West 265.00 feet to the point of beginning. -1- 66-67-61(42) EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of Anaheim, as per map recorded in book 51, page 10 Miscel- laneous Maps records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point North 45.00 feet and East 21.50 feet from the Southwest corner of the land described in the deed to. McDiarmid and wife recorded October 21, 1960, in book 5474, page 293 Official Records; thence West 21.50 feet to the West line of said land; thence Southerly 45.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said described land; thence Easterly 49.33 feet along the South line thereof; thence North 5.50 feet thence West 4.33 feet thence North 12.50 feet; thence Northwesterly 36.00 feet on a direct line to the point of beginning. Said land is included within the area shown on a map filed in book 48, page 22 of Record of Surveys in the Office of the County. Recorder of said Orange County. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accord- ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the. Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. -2 2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord- ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building inspection. 5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view and shall be in architectural con- formance with the structure. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
