AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 14.32.195
RELATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section
14.32.195 reading as follows,
"SECTION 14.32.195 NO PARKING - SUNDAYS EXCEPTED -
STREETS DESIGNATED.
"It is unlawful to park or leave parked, Sundays excepted,
any vehicle on the following designated portion of City
Streets, and the Chief of Police is authorized and directed
to post and maintain along said portion of City streets
appropriate signs designating said parking restrictions:
1. Elm Street, on the north side, from Helena Street
to Harbor Boulevard.
2. Helena Street, on the west side, from Broadway to
Elm Street."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circula-
ted in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
