2875ORDINANCE NO. 2875
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 2867, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS; on the 10th day of November, 1970, the City
Council passed Ordinance No. 2867 relating to zoning of certain
property described therein; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and -clerical error the
zoning of said ordinance from R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-2-5000,
ONE-FAMILY�ZONE,,,was improperly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance is.hereby amended, nunc pro tunc,
by deleting from Section 1 thereof the language immediately follow-
ing the legal description and substituting in lieu thereof the
following:
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that those properties
and lots abutting existing single family residential lots
shall be changed to R-1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
and the remainder thereof to R-2-5000, ONE FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions and respects Ordinance No. 2867
shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby_ approved and
adopted.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
lst day of December, 1970.

on the 24th day of November, 1970, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the lst
day of December, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2875 on the 1st day of December,
1970.
