AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
"ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 68R-769 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1.
That portion of Block "G" of the Kraemer Tract in the
City of Anaheim., County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 12, Pages 87 and 88 of Mis-
cellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Block
"G" Westerly 575.44 feet from the Northeast corner of
said block; thence South 70 00' 00" East 698.00 feet
to the Southerly line of said block; thence South 730
32' 00" West 210.97 feet to the Southwest corner of the
land described in the deed to Joseph Pauchon, et ux,
recorded in Book 187, Page 293 of Deeds, of said Orange
County, thence North 7° 00' 00" West 768.70 feet to the
North line of said Block "G"; thence South 870 00' 00"
East 205.92 feet to the point of beginning.

That portion of Blocks "F" and "G" of the Kraemer Tract,
in the County of Orange, State of California, as per
map thereof recorded in Book 12, Pages 87 and 88 of Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Block"G";
thence North 870 West along the North line of said block,
575.44 feet; thence South 70 East 700 feet to a point
in the Southerly line of said Block "G", distant 361.5
feet Westerly from the Southeast corner of said block;
thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Blocks
"G" and "F", 748.66 feet to the Southwest corner of the
tract of land described in the deed from Nick Hugo and
wife to Thomas Dietrich, recorded in Book 270, Page 224,
of Deeds, Records of said Orange County; thence North
70 West 449.38 feet to the Northwest corner of the tract
so conveyed to Thomas Dietrich; thence North 870 West
172.65 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 3.
That portion of Blocks F and K of the Kraemer Tract in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as per map recorded in Book 12, Pages 87 and
88 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 994.39 feet South 730 34' 20" West
along the centerline of Orangethorpe Avenue from the
intersection of said Orangethorpe Avenue and Placentia
Yorba Road, said point being the Southwest corner of
that certain parcel of land described in deed to the
Anaheim Union Water Company recorded March 29, 1946 in
Book 1399, Page 527 of Official Records of said Orange
County; thence North 2° 08' 20" East 326.50 feet along
the Westerly line of said water company land to a point
on the center line of said Placentia Yorba Road, said
point being the Northwest corner of said water company
land; thence North 870 15' 40" West 497.05 feet along
the centerline of said Placentia Yorba Road to a point,
said point being the Northwest corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to William Vogele and wife, by
deed recorded May 11, 1933 in Book 609, Page 297 of
Official Records of said Orange County; thence South
8° 23' 30" East 477.38 feet along the Westerly line of
said Vogele land to the center line of the right of way
of the State. Highway known as Orangethorpe Avenue; thence
North 73° 34' 20" East 430.49 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion thereof included in said Block K.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof described in the deed
to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded
June 30, 1960 in Book 5308, Page 94 of Official Records.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and
the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional
zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the
changes hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once
within fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, pub-
lished and circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from
and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in
full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed
