2860ORDINANCE NO. 2860 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AIIAIlEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A4AI-ILIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 70R-164 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of Lot 4 of the Travis Tract in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 5, page 120 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Douglas Street 40.00 feet wide as set forth in an instrument recorded October 7, 1926 in Book 682, Page 109 of Deeds, records of Orange County, with the centerline of Katella Avenue, formerly Struck Avenue; thence North 00 04' 30" West 400.02 feet along said centerline of Douglas Street to the Southwest corner of the land described in the deed to M. B. Mora et al., recorded February 26, 1960, in Book 5118, page 258 of Official Records, said corner being also the northwest corner of Parcel 2 as shown on a map filed in Book 3, page 4 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 89° 32' 10" East 45.00 feet along the southerly line of Mora to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said -1- 69-70-43(1) southerly line of Mora, being also the northerly line of said Parcel 2, South 89° 32' 10" East 459.91 feet to the westerly line of the land described in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District recorded February 6, 1939 in Book 978, page 432 of Official Records; thence South 180 081 50" West 356.87 feet along said westerly line to a line parallel with and distant northerly 60.00 feet from the centerline of said Katella Avenue; thence along said parallel line North 890 32' 10" West 198.31 feet to the easterly line of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map; thence North 00 04' 30" West 150.00 feet along the easterly line of said Parcel 1 to the northeasterly corner thereof; thence North 890 32' 10" West 150.00 feet to a line parallel with and distant easterly 45.00 feet from the centerline of said Douglas Street; thence North 0" 04' 301" West 190.02 feet along said parallel line to the true point of beginning. now is COUNTY OF ORANGE A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions; 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owner of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area, as required by the Director of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning flap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
