AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 2825 NUNC PRO TUNC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the
legal description of Parcel A and Parcel B as set forth in
Ordinance No. 2825 was incorrectly set forth; and
WHEREAS, said legal description has been correctly
stated in the deed submitted in connection with said Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l:
That the initial paragraphs of Parcel A and Parcel B
of the legal description in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2825 be,
and the same are hereby, amended nunc pro tunc to read respec-
tively as follows:

"In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, being a portion of the North half of
Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:"
"Parcel B
"In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, being the southerly 230.00 feet of the
easterly 182.00 feet of a portion of the North half
of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
described as follows:"
SECTION 2:
That except as by this Ordinance amended Ordinance
No. 2825 shall be and remain in full force and effect as origi-
nally passed.
SECTION 3:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of September 1970.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 22nd day of September, 1970, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 29th
day of September, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Clark
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2858 on the 29th day of
September, 1970.
