2855ORDINANCE NO. 2855 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 70R-419 determining that a change or changes in tie zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim as established by the Lakeview - Orangethorpe Annexation passed by Resolution No. 69R-240, April 22, 1969, filed with the Secretary of State April 26, 1969 and recorded May 1, 1969, records of Orange County, California, said point of beginning being distant from the centerline intersection of Orangethorpe and Taylor Street, now known as Lakeview Avenue, the following courses and distances: South 0° 48' 16" East, 447 feet, more or less, South 820 27' 116" East, 690 feet as said intersection is shown on a Record of Surveys Map filed in Book 37, page 25, records of Orange County, California; thence Following along a portion of the existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim as established by the said Lakeview - Orangethorpe Annexation, being a portion of the southerly -1- 70-71-4 line of the land described, in deed recorded August 12, 1964 in Book 7175, pages 493 through 495, records of Orange County, California, the following courses and distances: South 821 27' 46" East, 338.92 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 333 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 110 54' 10" an arc distance of 69.18 feet to the point of intersection with the northerly line of the land described in deed recorded December 6, 1957 in book 4125, page 554, records of Orange County, California, a radial line bearing South 40 41' 56" East, passes through said point of intersection; thence South 820 16' 20" East, 290.09 feet to an intersection with the westerly line of the land described in deed recorded June 27, 1957 in book 3955, page 279, records of Orange County, California, said point of intersection being a point in the existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim as established by the Northeast Annexation No. 3 to the City of Anaheim passed by Ordinance No. 1542, January 17, 1961, filed with the Secretary of State July 10, 1964 and recorded July 13, 1964, records of Orange County, California; thence South 80 03' 40" West, 1,445 feet, more or less, leaving the existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim as estab- lished by said Lakeview - Orangethorpe Annexation and following along a portion of the existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim, as established by said Northeast Annex- ation No. 3, being a portion of the west line of the land described in the last mentioned deed to an intersection with the northerly line of the land described in deed recorded May 22, 1951 in Book 2191, page 307, records of Orange County, California; thence North 820 16' 20" West, 588 feet, more or less, following along a portion of the last mentioned existing City of Anaheim city limit being a portion of the northerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed to an inter- section with the westerly line of the land described in the deed recorded January 15, 1945 in Book 1298, page 178, records of Orange County, California; thence North 30 41' 57" West, 384 feet, more or less, leaving the said existing city limit line of the City of Anaheim, and following along the westerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed and the northerly prolongation thereof, to an intersection with the southerly line of the land described in deed recorded April 19, 1967 in Book 8228, page 947, records of Orange County, California; thence North 820 16' 20" West, 609 feet, more or less, along the southerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed to an intersection with the centerline of Taylor Street, now known as Lakeview Avenue; thence North 0° 48' 16" West, 198 feet, raore or less, along the last mentioned centerline to an intersection with the north- erly line of the land described in the deed recorded April 19, 1967 in Book 8228, page 947, records of Orange County, California; thence -2- South 82° 16' 20" East, 625 feet, more or less, alone the northerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed to an intersection with the westerly line of the land described in deed recorded August 25, 1949, in Book 1893, page 188, records of Orange County, California; thence North 31 41' 57" West, 860 feet, more or less, along a portion of the westerly line of the land described in the last mentioned deed and the northerly prolongation thereof, to the point of beginning. now is County of Orange, M-1 103000, Light Industrial District, and that it be changed to and incorporated in City of Anaheim R -A, Agricultural Zone unconditionally. SECTION 2. The City,Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the .zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
