AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AIlEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R-404 determining that a change
or changes in tfm zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lot 2 in Block G of the new subdivision of Vineyard Lot
D-5 in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in book 17 page 73 of
Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
now is R-3, Multiple -Family Zone, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-2, General Commercial Zone, upon the following
conditions:
1. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north property line.
2. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -
lighting of a maximum height of 6 -feet, which lighting
shall be directed away from the property lines to
protect the residential integrity of the area.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities, if developed with structures.

4. That the final parking plan shall be approved by the
Development Services Department, and any landscaped
areas in the parking area shall be protected with 6 -inch
high, concrete curbs, and concrete wheel stops shall be
provided for parking spaces as required by the Develop-
ment Services Department.
5. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the. City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

on the 25th day of August, 1970, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day
of September, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2850 on the 1st day of September,
1970.
