2849ORDINANCE NO. 2849 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Al -TENDING TITLE 18 OF TME A14AIlEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s) No (s) . 63R-91.3 determin i na that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear- ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOVJS : qT,'.('Tzars I That Title 18 of the Anaheim 1-Iunicipal Code relating to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: -1- 63-64-28 That all of the area situated in the City Of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows# to wit: That portion of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 'test, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Ana- heim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 10, Miscellaneous Daps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said Northwest quarter, 366 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of said Section 79 and running thence East parallel to the North line of said Section 7, 666 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said Section 7, 220 feet; thence West parallel to the North line of said Section 70 666 feet to the West line of *ection 7; thence North along the West line of said Section 7 to the point of beginning. now is C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following condition:, That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Revision No. 111; provided, however, that the carport adjacent to the southerly boundary- shall be relocated to the carport area in such manner as was done for the model units, to provide a walkway for pedestrians enter- ing and leaving automobiles. SECTION 2. The City Zoning .Tap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletins a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
