AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14,40, SECTION 14.40.065 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SPEED
LIMITS. ,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.065 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding Paragraph 17 thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.065 FORTY MILES PER HOUR --
- STREETS.
1117. Kellogg Avenue from the North City Limits
to Orangethorpe Avenue."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days
from and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 7th day of July , 1970.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day
of July, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2829 on the 7th day of July,
1970.
