AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 70R.--202 determining that a change
or changes in fffe zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,

the followinq
1. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along Chippewa and Crescent Avenues, as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard Plans and
specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. Street access to Portion "113`: shall be ta],en from Chippewa
Avenue at one driveway only, and will be located in the
northern section of Portion "B".
3. That trash storage areas shall be Provided in accordance
with approved plans On file with the Office of the
Director Of Public Works.
4. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and
determined to be necessary by t:, -,.e Chief of tie Fire
Department.

5. That a 6 --foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the southwesterly property line of Portion "h': separating
it from Crescent Avenue and the Santa Ana Freev7a,,,7.
6. That all air-conditioning facilities small be properly
shielded from view.
7. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities. µ
8. That the alignment of the southwesterly parcel boundary
adjacent to Crescent lvenue and the Santa kna Freeway
shall be approved by the City of Anaheim in accordance
with plans prepared by the State Division of Highways,
prior to beginning of construction of Phase II and
Phase III of subject development.
9. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City, of Anaheim the sura of $75.00 per multiplew-family
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building permit
is issued.
SECTIOiv 2.
The City Zoning Trap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning l,ap as amended is hereb-\7 adopted and the Citta Engineer is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning- map to be added
to the City Zoning Trap shod,ing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTIO -JN 3.
The City Clerk, shall certify, to the passac
