AN ORDINANNCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3.04, SECTION 3.04.050
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
BUSINESS LICENSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l:
That Title 3, Chapter 3.04, Section 3.04.050 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is amended by adding
thereto the following last paragraph:
"SECTION 3.04.050 WHEN LICEN,8t REQUIRED
"Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed
to require any person, who is a 'deaf-mute', to obtain
a Peddlers' License pursuant to this chapter; provided,
however, he has no employee or employees working for
him."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation printed, published and cir-
culated in said City and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of April , 1970.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 21st day of April, 1970, and that the same was duly 'passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 28th day
of April, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2809 on the 28th day of April,
1970.
