2804ORDINANCE NO. 2804 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. - _ determining that a change or changes intEezone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: That portion of the northwest quarter of Fractional Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of La Palma Avenue with the centerline of Jefferson Street, said center- line of Jefferson Street being the West line of said Fractional Section 4; thence East 217.85 feet along a portion of the centerline of La Palma Avenue, as approved and adopted by Anaheim City Council by Resolution No. 65R-488, June 29, 1965, and recorded December 28, 1965 in Book 7787, page 878 of Official Records of Orange County, to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said centerline of La Palma Avenue East 282.15 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 1200 feet; thence easterly and northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 33° 01' 28" an arc distance of 691.66 feet to the intersection with the easterly line of that parcel of land conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded November 29, 1966 in Book 8114, page 885 of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence northerly along said easterly line a distance of 100.45 65-66-24113, feet to the northeast corner of said parcel of land conveyed to the City of Anaheim; thence South 870 51' 00' West 936.81 feet to the northwest corner of said parcel of land conveyed to the City of Anaheim; thence south along the west line of said parcel and its southerly prolongation a distance of 259.18 feet to the true point of beginning. Reserving unto the City of Anaheim an easement for road and public utility purposes along the southerly 53.00 feet lying within the right of way of La Palma Avenue, the center- line of which has been described in the above mentioned Book 7787, page 878 of Official Records of Orange County, California. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other` appurte- nant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifi- cations on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. this THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me 14th day Of April , 19 70 ATTEST: CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM -2- FAL/j1-4-13-70 STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
