AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. _ determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line of
the City of Anaheim as established by the Northeast Annexation
No. 2-A passed by Ordinance No. 1269, August 12, 1958, filed
with the Secretary of State September 12, 1958 and recorded
September 17, 1958, records of Orange County, California, said
point of beginning being a point in the east line of Lot 13
of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous Aaps, records of
Orange County California, distant from the centerline inter-
section of 14iraloma Avenue and Red Gum Street the following
courses and distances Soutri 730 43' 00" West 264 feet, South
16* 17' 00" Last, 20 feet j thence
Leaving the said existing City lirc-,it line of the Cite of
Anaheim, South 161 17' 00 East, 310 feet along the east
line of said Lot 18, to the southeast corner thereof : trance

subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requiremients of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street I grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied witd'a as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer,
at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within tine area, as required
by the Director of Public Utilities.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning i4jap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Lap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bull -tin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held
on the 7th day of 4ril,.1970, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st
day of April, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Clark, Stephenson, Pebley, Thom and Dutton
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2800 on the 21st day of April,
1970.
