AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.190
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by amending Paragraph 39 thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.190 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME -
STREETS DESIGNATED.
"39. Lincoln Avenue, on the south side, from Cliffrose
Street to State College Boulevard; and from one
thousand three hundred fifty feet east of State
College Boulevard to Sunkist Street; and on both
sides from Sunkist Street to two hundred feet
west of Rio Vista Street, except on the north
side from Sunkist Street to one hundred fifty
feet easterly thereof; and on both sides, from
two hundred thirty feet west of Brookhurst Street
to two hundred forty feet east of Brookhurst
Street; and on the north side, from Euclid Street
to two hundred feet east of Euclid Street.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of March 1970.

on the 17th day of March, 1970, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day
of March, 1970, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Pebley and Clark
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2793 on the 24th day of March,
1970.
