ORDINANCE NO. 2792
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTERS 18.08, 18.18, 18.20, 18.24,
18.28, 18.32 and 18.64 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.08, Section 18.08.605 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 18.08.605 PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
"A residential development of three or more main buildings,
and substantially incorporating the site planning principles
of City Council Resolution No. 64R-861, Exhibit W."

That Title 18, Chapter 18.18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 18.18.025, reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.18.025 CONDITIONAL USES
"The following uses may be permitted in this zone subject
to a conditional use permit and subject to all conditions
and required showings of Chapter 18.64 (Conditional Uses.)"
SECTION 3.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.18, Section 18.18.025 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Subsection (1), reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.18.025 CONDITIONAL USES
"(1) Planned residential developments subject to the
provisions of the resolution governing planned residential
developments adopted by the City Council."
SECTION 4.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.20 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
Section 18.20.015, reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.20.015 CONDITIONAL USES
"The following uses may be permitted in this zone subject
to a conditional use permit and subject to all conditions
and required showings of Chapter 18.64 (Conditional Uses)."

That Title 18, Chapter 18.20, Section 18.20.015 of the

Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Subsection (1), reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.20.015 CONDITIONAL USES
11(1) Planned residential development subject to the pro-
visions of the resolution governing planned residential
developments adopted by the City Council."
SECTION 6.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.24 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto Section
18.24.015, reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.24.015 CONDITIONAL USES
"The following uses may be permitted in this zone subject to
a conditional use permit and subject to all conditions and
required showings of Chapter 18.64 (Conditional Uses)."

That Title 18, Chapter 18.24, Section 18.24.015 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto Subsection (1), reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.24.015 CONDITIONAL, USES
11(1) Planned residential developments subject to the pro-
visions of the resolution governing planned residential
developments adopted by the City Council."
SECTION 8.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.28, Section 18.28.020, Sub-
section (1) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.28.020 PERMITTED BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND
USES
"(1) Subject to all provisions of this zone, the following
buildings, structures and uses, either singly or in
combination, are permitted:
(a) Any uses permitted in the R-1 Zone, subject to
all restrictions and regulations of such zone.
(b) Two one -family detached dwellings.
(c) Two-family dwellings.
(d) Multiple dwellings (includes row houses and
townhouses)."
RRCTTON 9.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.28, Section 18.28.040, Sub-
section (1) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 18.28.040 CONDITIONAL USES
"(l) Planned residential developments subject to the pro-
visions of the resolution governing planned residential
developments adopted by the City Council."
SECTION 10.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.32, Section 18.32.020, Sub-
section (1) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.32.020 PERMITTED BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND
USES
"(1) Subject to all provisions of this zone, the following
buildings, structures and uses, either singly or in
combination, are permitted:
(a) Any uses permitted in the R-1 Zone, subject to
all restrictions and regulations of such zone.
(b) Any uses permitted in the R-2 Zone."
SECTION 11.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.64, Section 18.64.02.0, Sub-
section (1), Subparagraph (e) of the Anaheim Municipal Code be,
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.64.020 USE
11(1)-(e) Planned residential developments subject to the
provisions of the resolution governing planned
residential developments adopted by the City
Council."
SECTION 12.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newsapaper of general circulation printed, published and cir-
culated in said City and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of March , 1970.
