ORDINANCE NO. 2782 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AIlEIM AMEND- <br />ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE <br />RELATING TO ZONING. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND <br />THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution <br />No. 65R-660 determining that a change <br />or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and <br />described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly <br />noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation <br />of the City Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were <br />made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or <br />changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- <br />plied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating <br />to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the <br />boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting <br />a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes <br />as follows: <br />That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, <br />to wit: <br />The South half of the North half of Lot 41 of Hazard's <br />Subdivision, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, <br />State of California, as shown on an amended map of <br />Richfield filed in Book 1, page 26 of Licensed Surveyors' <br />Map, records of Orange County, California. <br />now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed <br />to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That all engineering requirements of the City of <br />Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading <br />and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall <br />be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accord- <br />ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office <br />of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. <br />2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the <br />City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street <br />lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the <br />property is developed. <br />65-66-24(12) <br />*a <br />
