ORDINANCE N0. 664
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING SECTION 5100.22 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 5100.22 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
be, and the same is hereby, • amended to read as folloirs:
SECTION 5100.22. PARKING OF OUTSIDE OF CAMP PRO-
HIBITED.
No person shall park or leave parked any camp oar
or trailer upon any public street within the City between
the hours of 3:00 o'clock keg* and 6:00 o'clock A.M., or
park or leave parked any such camp car or trailer upon any
private property, except on the rear of the property or lot
or under cover, or occupy or use any such camp oar or trailer
as a dwelling or for living or sleeping quarters upon any
public street or private property within the City, except in
a public trailer park or camp ground for which permit has
been duly issued, unless a permit so to do is first had and
obtained from the City Council; provided however that the
granting of such permit shall be within the sole discretion
of the Council to ,rant or deny and that if granted such
permit shall be of a temporary nature ands for a limited time
only; and provided further that upon key lots or on a reversed
Corner lot said camp car or trailer shall be parked on the
rear of said lot and on that half of said lot the greatest
distance away from the nearest public street.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published at least
once within fifteen (15) days from and after the passage here-
of in a newspaper, printed, published and Circulated in the
City of Anaheim and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is signed and approved by me
this 1gth day of November _9 1953.
