An Ordinance fixing and levying a property tax for the fiscal
y�aar of I892, and I893.
The ''oard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ord.iin as
follows:
Sect ion, I,---- That there be and hereby is fixed and levied
a property tax for the .fiscal year of I892, and I893, of fifty cents
on cath. one hundred dollars,of the assessed valuation of all real
and personal property within the corporate lir-.its of the City of
Anaheiti2 for the ordinary annual expenditures of said City;
Section,2,---- That there be and -hereby is fixed and levied

a property tax for the fiscal year of IO -9; -,,and 1393, of .I4 111L-4 .
cents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim for the purpose of paying the annual interest ori
the indebtedness of this City, together with one twentieth of such
indebtedness; The tax Ientioned in this section stall be kept
in the Treasury as a separate fund,to be inviolably appropriated
to the payment of tfie principal and interest of such indebtedness;
Section 3,---- The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
