of Election and providing that notice of such Election be given.
.The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain, as
'follows:--

ollows:---Section, I, ---That a general municipal election be held in
the said City of Anaheim on Monday the eleventh day of April,I892,
for the purpose; of electing two members of the Board of Trustees
for the terra of four years,and one member of the Board of Trustees
to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term of Joseph Benner-+

Section, 2, ---That the entire City shall constitute a single
precinct with one polling place,and the polling place for said
election shall be as follows: at the building on Los "ngeles Street
now occupied by the fire department and the Board of Trustees of
said City of Anaheim;
Section, 3,--- The compensation of the members of the Board
of election shall be ........dollars for the election and the follaty=
ing named persons qualifier electors of the City of Anaheim are

kept open until five o'clock on the afternoon of said day,when
the same shall be closed;
Section,5,--- That the City Clerk,give notice of said election
by publicatl6n in the Anaheim Gazette a newspaper printed and pub-
lished in the City of Anaheim,said notice to be given at least
ten days before the said eleventh day of April,I892,and to be

filed with the City Clerk in the manner required by law,one of
such publications shall be made upon the last day upon which said
newspaper is issued before the day of said election;
