ORDINANCE NtA`4BER 90.
An Ordinance Regulating the conduct of Minors etc.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follows: ----
Section, I,-- That parents and guardians are required to see
that children under eighteen years of age are in their homesat
nine o'clock P.M. and any children found lounging playing or
running in the Streets of the City of Anaheim,after nine o'clock
P.Ivi.are liable to arrest;
Sec, 2-- It shall be the duty of the Marshal to arrest any
boy or girl violatint-; section one of this ordinance,and return
them to their homes,and on a repition df the offence,upon a con-
viction thereof the parents of such boy o * rl shall be fined
in the sum of imow dollars;
Sec, 3 -- The City Clerk skull cause this ordinance to be
published once in the Anaheim .. ... and thereupon
