An Ordinance fixing and levying a property tax on all property
witY in the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim] for the fiscal
year of 1896 and. 1397.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
follows:
Sect ion, I ---- That there be and hereby is fi ed, and levied
a property tax for the fiscal year of 1896 and 897,^on each one
hundred dollars, of the assessed valuation of all real and p ersonk
property within the k:kx rkxxa± corporate limits of the City of
Anaheim, for the ordinary annual expenditures of said City;
Section, 2 ----That there be and hereby is fixed and levied a
�,property tax for the fiscal year of I396 and I897, of
tents on each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of
all real and personal property within the corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim, for the purpose of paying the annual interest of
the indebtedness of the City of Anaheim, incurred for the purpose
of constri-keting a City Hall for the extension and completion of
the City eater 'forks, for the grading and ingxxoci mg improvement
of streets, and the purchase of property for the fire department,
together with one twentieth of said indebtedness;
