SECTION E. That there be and hereby is fixed
and levied a property tax for the fiscal year of
1907 and 1598, of twelve cents on each one hun-
dred dollars of the assessed valuation of ali C Ci

ate limits of the City of Anaheim, for the pur-
pose of paying the annual interest of the
fndebteeness of the City of Anaheim, incurred
for the purpose of constructing and erecting
a City Eleatric Light Plant, together with
one fortieth of such Indebtedness.
SECTION 4. That there be and hereby is fixed
and levied a property tax for the fiscal year of
1897 and IS98, of twenty cents on each one
hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of
