SEC. 4. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereot shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor in re than two hundred dollars, or by imprison- ment in the City Jail of said' City of Anaheim for a term not exceeding one hundred days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SEC. 5. All ordinances or parts of ordi- nances of the said City of Anaheim in con- fiict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SEC. 6. It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to play, or bet at or against, any game not mentioned in Section 330 of the Penal Code of the State of California, which is played, conducted, dealt or carried on with cards, dice or other device, for money, checks, chips, credit or any other representative of value, in any house, room, apartr_:ent or place described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, in said City of Anaheim. Section 4.
