The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as follows: Section 1. All pool rooms, billiard rooms or bowling alleys in the City of Anaheim shall be and remain closed between the hours of twelve o'clock midnight and five o'clock a. m., and it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, either as principal, agent, employe or otherwise keeping, conducting or maintaining any Pool room, billiard room or bowling alley within the City of Ana— hei-m to keep open, or permit said place to be kept open, between said hours, or to allow any games to be played on the tables or bowling alleys contained in said places betgeen said hours. Section 2.
