An Orc!ina.n^e .repealing Ordinance No. 43, entitled "An ordinance
1(:,vying a street poll tax and providing for the enforcement and
collection of the same in the City of Anaheim."
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do ordain as
fol -lows:
Section. 1. That Ordinance No. 43, entitled "An ordinarct
le yirf-,: a street poii ta.x and providing, for the enforcement and
collectio_l. of the sane in the City of Anahoirl," passed and adopted -
by the Board of Trustees on June 7th, 1888, be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Orange
County Plaindf�aler, a newspaper printed, published and circulated
in tele City of AnaheiM, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take
effect and. be in full force.
